Care instructions

Printed garments (direct to garment)

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high quality inks that will not fade for a long time if cared for properly. Please note that the original manufacturer's care instructions do not take into account the DTG printing process. That is why we suggest you follow the care instructions on this page to learn how to care for your printed garments correctly. Printed clothing can be machine washed cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You should not use fabric softeners or dry clean items. DTG printed clothing can be tumble dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use the cool iron inside out. Do not iron the print. Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinkage of the garment that can occur if washed or dried on a high setting.

embroidered clothing

Embroidered clothing can be machine washed cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safest option. If you notice any colored residue in the water, rinse the garment under warm water and then under cold water several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry cleaned. After washing, do not leave clothing to soak or pile up while wet. Do not wring embroidered items, but if you want to tumble dry, use a cool setting. If the garment needs ironing, do it inside out, preferably between two pieces of fabric. You should not wet the embroidery before ironing or using a steam iron.

Cups

Our White Glossy Mugs, Black Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the printing and coating will last longer if you wash them by hand. However, enamel mugs should only be washed by hand and you can't put them in a microwave. Keep in mind that they are also prone to scratches, so be very careful. The same goes for our Enamel Mugs which should only be hand washed. Also, you cannot heat liquids or food directly in enameled mugs, as this may damage their coating.

Posters and canvases

To ensure that your posters and canvases last a long time, do not leave them in direct sunlight or outdoors. They can be dusted gently with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster.

Phone Cases & Covers

To clean a phone case, remove it from your phone. Add a little mild soap to the water and dampen a cloth or sponge. Using the damp cloth, gently rub your case in circles. Let your case air dry at room temperature. Do not clean the case of your phone with alcohol-based products, as they can remove the ink and discolor the case.
