Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All our shipments will be sent from our headquarters. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, they will be sent on business days after placing the order.

Orders for In-Stock Items will be prepared, processed and shipped within 48h or 72h from the purchase. Once they are deposited at the transport agency, the estimated time is:

Delivery Times:

- Shipping to mainland Spain: 7 to 20 days.

- International and Extra-Peninsular Shipping: 12 to 30 business days.

- International or extra-peninsular shipments depend on the Customs of the destination countries and cities and may cause delays or additional charges for which we are not responsible.

- Some products on our website may take more than 48 hours to 30 days due to stock.

Shipping Cost:

- Peninsular deliveries from €4.99 to €20.99 depending on the quantity of items and their weight.

- Shipments outside the peninsula (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) €50 but may incur customs charges.

- European shipments cost from €25 to €45.

- International shipping costs from €50 to €60 depending on the quantity and weight of the item in question.

RETURNS

Only defective items will be returned, exchanges for another size are not accepted at this time. Therefore, we ask all our customers to check the size tables. This way, they will have very detailed information on which size to choose.

Our Return Policy only accepts returns within 15 business days from receipt of the order. Money will be refunded upon acceptance and receipt of the order for the items.

The shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. You can send them using the transport company of your choice. Packages with postage due will never be received. The shipment will be made to the address that we specify to you.

These processes can take approximately 10 to 30 working days. We will keep you informed when we are going to make the shipment to provide you with the new Tracking Number. We will always make the shipment once we have verified that the item is in perfect condition.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain the instructions, labels, accessories, documentation and its original packaging.

All Performance items cannot be returned in any way, as they are either made entirely for each customer or come directly from our warehouse or the factory in question. If there is a delay in its manufacture will not be a reason for return, it can only be returned if the product is defective.

To accept the return of a defective product, photos and videos of the defect must be sent so that it can be compared with the factory and they can assess the situation.
