Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
All our shipments will be sent from our headquarters. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. They will be shipped on business days after the order is placed.
Orders for In-Stock Items will be prepared, processed, and shipped within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. Once they are deposited with the shipping agency, the estimated delivery time is:
Delivery Times:
- Shipping to mainland Spain: 7 to 20 days.
- International and Extra-Peninsular Shipping: 12 to 30 business days.
- International or extra-peninsular shipments depend on Customs of the destination countries and cities and may cause delays or additional charges for which we are not responsible.
- Some products on our website may take longer than 48 hours to 30 days to arrive due to stock.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping to the Peninsula ranges from €4.99 to €20.99, depending on the number of items and their weight.
- Extra-peninsular shipments (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) €50 but may incur customs charges.
- European shipments cost from €25 to €45.
- International shipping costs between €50 and €60, depending on the quantity and weight of the item.
RETURNS
Only defective items will be returned. We ask all our customers to review the size conversion charts. This way, you'll have detailed information on which size to choose. You have the right to withdraw 18 hours after purchase, just before your product is manufactured, as all merchandise is manufactured exclusively for each of our customers and each of your orders.
Our Return Policy only accepts returns within 15 business days of receiving the order. Refunds will be issued upon acceptance and receipt of the order.
Shipping costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility. You can ship them using any shipping company of your choice. Packages will never be accepted postage due. Shipping will be sent to the address we specify.
These processes can take approximately 10 to 30 business days. We will keep you informed when we are ready to ship the item to provide you with the new tracking number. We always ship the item once we have verified that it is in perfect condition.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and must retain all instructions, labels, accessories, documentation, and original packaging.
All Performance items are non-returnable, as they are either custom-made for each customer or shipped directly from our warehouse or the factory in question. If there is a delay, The manufacturing process will not be subject to return. Returns can only be made if the product is defective. This is what performance brands require, as we work with them on a custom basis for most of our products.
To accept the return of a defective product, photos and videos of the defect must be sent so we can compare it with the factory and assess the situation.
