SHIPPING
Order preparation and dispatch
Shipments are prepared and dispatched from our facilities (or partner logistics centers). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders are processed on business days .
Items in stock: are prepared, processed and delivered to the transport agency within approximately 48–72 working hours from the confirmation of payment.
Items made to order / not in stock or Performance or made to order: some products may require an additional preparation time of 48 hours to 30 days (depending on availability, production, or restocking). In these cases, the customer will be notified via email.
Delivery times (estimated from the date of collection by the agency)
The following delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons beyond the control of Cars&Pizza Club (peak demand, transport incidents, weather, etc.):
Peninsular Spain: 7 to 22 days .
International and extra-peninsular (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 12 to 30 working days .
Customs (international / extra-peninsular)
For international or non-peninsular shipments , customs controls, taxes, duties, or handling fees may apply in the destination country/region. These costs, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may cause delays beyond our control.
Maximum delivery time
Unless a different timeframe has been agreed upon in the purchase (for example, made-to-order or performance items), the regulations provide for a general maximum delivery timeframe of 30 calendar days .
Shipping costs (calculated and displayed at checkout)
Peninsula: from €5.99 to €20.99 (depending on weight, volume and number of items).
Extra-peninsular (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €50 (additional customs charges may apply).
Europe: €25–€48 (depending on weight and destination).
International: €50–€68 (depending on weight and destination).
RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
1) Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
If you are purchasing as a consumer , you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 18 hours of purchase on our website. After this period, withdrawal will no longer be possible, as most of our products are made entirely to order.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Items to be returned
Name and email used in purchase
Deadline for sending the product
Once you have communicated your decision, you must send us the product within a maximum of 10 calendar days .
Product condition
To accept a return due to withdrawal, the item must be returned:
In perfect condition , unused and unwashed
With labels , accessories, documentation and original packaging
No damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
The consumer may be liable for depreciation if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and functioning.
Return shipping costs (withdrawal)
For returns due to withdrawal, the direct costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer , unless otherwise stated or a specific promotion applies. We do not accept collect shipments.
Refund (withdrawal)
We will refund the amount paid for the products within a maximum of 20 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
We can withhold the refund until we receive the items.
The refund will be issued via a voucher/gift certificate with no expiry date .
2) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (customized/made-to-order products)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications, clearly personalized or made to order, as is the case with most products on our website (for example, garments, items made to order with or without specific personalization, or performance products).
In these cases, returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects.
Size guide
The size guide is included in each product description . We recommend reviewing it and checking your measurements before purchasing to choose the correct size.
If the return or exchange is due to the wrong size chosen by the customer , the shipping costs for the exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer .
3) Defective or damaged products, or order errors
If you receive a defective , damaged , or incorrect product, please write to us at [CARSANDPIZZACLUB@GMAIL.COM] as soon as you notice it, attaching:
Photos and/or video of the problem
Order number
Brief description of the defect or incident
Once the issue has been verified, we will manage the appropriate solution (replacement, repair, price reduction or refund as appropriate) and, in these cases, the shipping costs associated with the return will not be borne by the customer .
4) Specific conditions for “Performance” items
Items identified as Performance may include, depending on the product, made-to-order and/or supplied directly from the manufacturer or associated warehouse.
If the Performance product is customized or made to measure for the customer, it does not allow for returns (only incidents due to defects or lack of conformity).
Manufacturing delays
Production/logistics times may vary. A delay due to manufacturing, logistics, or customs issues , when the product is made to order, does not automatically imply the right to return the item outside of the legally stipulated terms; in any case, we will inform you and seek the best solution.
5) Direction and management of returns
Do not send any packages without prior authorization. We will provide you with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA/code to identify your case.
We will not accept collect shipments.
Processing time
Once the package has been received and the condition of the item has been verified, the process may take approximately 10 to 30 working days (depending on workload and validation with suppliers/manufacturers, if applicable).
Refunds will always be issued via a gift certificate with no expiry date.
